Logic Not Recording MIDI on Aux Channels

I noticed a problem in Logic today that hasn't happened to me before. I have an instrument track with a 3rd party plugin (Kontakt 7, for example) routed to several aux channels to record MIDI. Within the plugin, everything is routed properly - it's been working fine for years. But today when I record through those aux channels, Logic will show that it is recording, but after I press stop the recording disappears. It likewise won't even "capture record" on those tracks.
Everything works just fine using the instrument track, as it has in the past. Something to note is that it also does this with other 3rd party plugins with similar routing, not just Kontakt.

I also noticed Logic updated today (I have auto-updates turned on), so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I updated my computer to Ventura hoping that might help, but it didn't.
