Second iCloud email

I have been using my iCloud email since I was a junior in high school. A lot of important things are associated with it. However, as it is my full name/professional email I have a dilemma. As I am trans, I have changed my name, and therefore this email is no longer valid. Due to the trans thing, my old name is considered a "dead name". I've always hated it, and since I no longer am legally known by it, I'd like to keep it in the past and move forward as my present identity. In order to do that, and keep using iCloud as my email client I cannot add an alias to my existing iCloud, that would keep my dead name as the primary email, which is the last thing I want. I need a second iCloud email to reassign my online accounts to, and eventually once that is finished, delete the old email account.

Aliases are not an option, for this question. Please help, I don't want to stop using iCloud as my email client.
