Mac mini M2 Pro 2023/Dell S2721QS 27 Inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160)
I have a brand new Mac mini M2 Pro and have a Dell S2721QS 27" monitor plugged in to it. The picture quality is fantastic with one hiccup. When I first wake up my Mac, the picture is not sharp, almost as if it were just so slightly out of focus. If I either temporarily disconnect and reconnect my HDMI cable or toggle the on/off switch on my monitor, the picture comes back perfectly. I don't want to have to unplug or turn off/on my monitor every time I wake up my Mac as that's a definite hassle. What's the problem and what can I do to fix it?
Attached are a before/after picture of my login Memoji for reference. I took these with my iPhone close up to the screen so ignore the picture quality - the lack of sharpness on the first image and the contrast in the second should be enough. I can't even use the computer the way it is in the first image. It hurts my eyes after just a minute or two of constantly trying unsuccessfully to focus.
Thanks for any help you can give!
