Resound 3d and streaming iOS 16.2

Trying to stream videos and video stops. Some buffering, then the video restarts and stops again. When I change sound output to phone it clears. I’ve done the following: deleted then restarted Resound 3D app, restarted phone; reset network settings, restarted phone. Also seem to have issues with hearing aids dropping from the app around the same time. Any help appreciated.

Probably you are using third-party apps and a third-party device.
