I have recently received a screenshot from an android from where the user claims they did not call me multiple times.
It is unfortunately outside of my 100 calls. Is there a way I can see my incoming phone calls that go beyond this?

Contact your cellular provider and ask them for a detailed incoming/outgoing phone calls list (many carriers can offer that service, and have at least the list of the previous six months).

You're not addressing Apple here and we, just users like you, are not aware of Apple plans/designs/decisions.

Amazing that for a simple thing such as call history which can be stored on the phone or on the Apple account, I have to chase my service provider.
