Hello, my AirPods Pro case were always working wonderfully. However, the lights doesn’t go green or orange anymore. What happened?

Seems the AirPods may not be charging

Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life


.You might want to try resetting the AirPods:

 How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

If you still need help:

Check there are no specks of dirt or wax interfering (ie: with charging):

How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods - Apple Support

Your Mac or device may need updating to the latest compatible OS version.

Eg: For iPhone: About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support (says iOS 16.5 is the latest)


(The firmware on the AirPods can then be updated automatically when paired).
