Downtime allowing apps

I’ve just set up downtime on my sons phone directly. I have also put time limits on three of the main socials.

When downtime kicks in - these main socials apps are still available which is defeating the point of downtime?

There are also a few other apps that are still accessible during downtime that do not have time limits.

Block at downtime is ON

None of these apps are in “always allowed”

Can you help?
