Looks like spectrum (not an option) tried to get in. in system app, set up for correct provider does not work either.

Question is unclear but I had maybe the same problem: Spectrum Passpoint Secure kept trying to connect as a known hotspot even though I don’t have Spectrum. There’s no “forget network” option. I could turn off Auto-Join but I wanted it removed from known networks. I was able to do so by going to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and removing the Spectrum profile I had found there (iOS v.17.4.1). It had probably installed the profile when I used to have Spectrum and installed the My Spectrum app, which I deleted before removing the Spectrum profile.

Spectrum uses their customer’s routers as a means to offload their cellular network.


And as mentioned above, if a profile was left installed, remove it.
