2016 brand more in the box SE iPhones

I have 2 brand new in the box 2016 SE iPhones. I tried to charge them both today but they will not charge at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely cause is the batteries have failed due to being so

long without a charge.

Make an appointment at the nearest Apple location to have your iPhones evaluated for free.

Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.
