Network disconnect after Mac is locked, Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

Hi,

Mac with macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) terminates network connection when locked. The Mac is always connected to a power source for charging. I have tried following some existing advice on preventing this, but nothing works so far. Under Battery -> Options I only have the following settings to adjust:

In the Battery settings I have also set the "Lower Power Mode" to "Never". Furthermore, I have turned on the "Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off" under Displays -> Advanced.

I would appreciate any help or tips on how to solve this.
