App Store Region issue

Hi,

I have an issue with the app store. I am trying to download the nike app, but every time I open it I get a message that it needs to be updated. When I go to the App Store to download the update, I get the below error message. Note that my store is set to Canada and I have a payment method added to it

App not available in your country or region iPhone 14 Pro I just upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro. One of my apps did not transfer over. When I try to download it from the App Store, I get the error message about my country and region. I’ve gone into settings and changed this and my payment preferences and signed back in with my Apple ID and still get the same error. Please help, thanks
