Upgrade macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 Mid 2010

I currently have macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 Mid 2010 can I upgrade to a new version? If I can what one is recommended. Tips on how would be appreciated

Nope 10.13.6 is tops, but if you need Office SW...


Look into the Free LibreOffice, it handles MS Office files like Word & Excel, & Page Layout…

Mostly you just need a more modern Browser than Safari on Mojave, or High Sierra like Firefox or Brave.
