Urgent Assistance Needed for Persistent "Panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff8015779941)" Error on MacBook Pro

Hello Community,

I am reaching out to you in need of urgent assistance for a recurring problem with my 15-inch, 2019 MacBook Pro (2,3 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB, 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4). The error I'm consistently encountering is "panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff8015779941)" and it's been causing my MacBook to frequently hang, disrupting my regular usage.

Despite numerous attempts at resolving this issue, it has persistently worsened over time. Initially, the problem occurred only when my MacBook was idle, but gradually it started to happen more frequently, even during regular usage. As of today, my MacBook is even freezing during the booting process.

In my attempts to fix this, I've tried using different Mac OS versions, performed a comprehensive clean-up of the system, and even restored my MacBook Pro to its default settings. Post-restoration, I've only installed Chrome, Telegram, and my Adobe software. However, this has only marginally improved the situation, with my MacBook still freezing roughly every 10-30 minutes.

Furthermore, I have also conducted an Apple Diagnostics test on my MacBook Pro to try and identify any potential hardware issues. Surprisingly, the results indicated "no problems found". I have attached a screenshot as proof (See Attached Image ).

I am at my wit's end and I urgently need your guidance on how to handle this situation. Any advice or suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

if not resolved by trying in Safe mode, then we can read your panic report literally.

<< userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from WindowServer in 120 seconds >>

MacOS told the WindowServer task to do something work that would take a long time (maybe 1/60th second) before it completed.

it set a watchdog timer in case the WindowServer task wandered off without notification.

120 seconds later, the watchdog timer fired, halting your system.

These problems tend to be Graphics chips failures, often in the Discrete Graphics processor. (your Mac also has an AMD Pro 560X in addition to the Integrated Intel UHD 630).

If you do an SMC Reset, the problem may abate for a while, unless the Discrete Graphics processor is used. [Chrome Browser ALWAYS uses the Discrete Graphics processor.]

The long term solution is to replace the mainboard.

"litmus test" is an American expression. When checking for Acid or Alkaline, a drop of solution is dropped on to Litmus paper. One color tells you acid, another color tells you alkaline.

read, "a quick way to tell the difference with certainty"

-------

The software that might be interfering may not be at all special, but may interfere anyway. In safe mode, almost no third-party software is loaded, so this can be used to quickly tell the difference.

The alternative is to make a complete backup, ERASE your drive, re-install ONLY MacOS from a fundamental source (before you restore anything) and then check for the problem. Safe mode is much faster.

I've tried your suggestion of booting in Safe Mode, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. The laptop still continues to reboot on its own even when in Safe Mode. This seems to suggest that the problem isn't with the software or drivers, as Safe Mode typically only loads essential system programs and services.

Given these circumstances, it may be a hardware-related issue or even a problem with the system's BIOS or operating system. I'm still open to trying other potential solutions, so any further advice would be greatly appreciated.
