Need Email provider for my company

I need to find a new email provider for my company domain.

Host Gator and Go Daddy are not working out.

Host Gator has been losing my mail, and Go Daddy seems more windows friendly so far.

I need a company that I can use Apple mail to download and upload my mail messages.

Please advise reliable company, hopefully one that can allow me to keep copies of each email locally on my computer and iPhone.

Thank You.

Seems Host Gator and Go Daddy are web-hosting companies.

You may need up-to-date MacOS software on your Mac for web-hosting.

Email providers that work smoothly on Mac (e.g Yahoo, GMail, etc) are generally listed in Apple Menu > System Preferences > Internet Accounts, and can be added there. Yet many other eMail providers can be added and generally will work ok.

NB: These are not web-hosting services.

thank you for your response.

I have my own domain for my company so that is why I didn’t use gmail or yahoo. Host Gator had been working fine for many years but recently they are losing some emails and that is something I can’t have.

so far I am accessing my emails on Outlook.com which is not convenient. Supposedly I can set up mailboxes in mail, but instead of pop or imap they will be ms exchange or something like that. I never heard of that before and the tell me I have to delete my pop mailboxes first which also has me worried,
