Refresh icon next to my folders name.

How did a refresh icon get put on my folders name?

Someone got inside my computer. I took it to an Apple Store to get cleaned out. I made a new file. I used it. I was moving it from my desktop and I saw the refresh symbol. I took it back to the store.


I can't get into my Apple account because the throbber just keeps spinning. I can't get into my iCloud account because when I sign in it just takes me back to a sign-in page.
