i have 2 iphones with seperate phone numbers. I am logged into both phones with my apple i.d.

I do not want my 2nd phone to recieve calls or texts sent to first phone. I have the "recieve calls on others devices" turned off on phone 2. I have FaceTime and iMessage turned off on phone 2. Yet, im still receiving texts sent to phone 1. How can i stop this. I had it before but i had to backup and erase both phones and restore from backup because i recently got the sim lock turned off. Ever since then ive been getting texts sent to phone 1, also appear on phone 2.
