If it doesn't help, after take data Backup, you should reinstall macOS with Recovery mode which could solve the issue.

Clear Space:

Certain items may be making excessive use of the CPU. So, clear what you can. According to your report, you have plenty of available storage, but when little exists, you can always expect overheating.

Clean TV and Music Libraries:

Remove all unneeded files from your TV and Music Libraries. Full-Movies take up 2-4GB typically, and a bunch of those would take up a load of storage, ideally. So, if you have any movies that are not needed, then delete them.
