Water Damaged Iphone Recovery

Hey, so I took some photos and videos while camping, and I had no service. I dropped my phone in the water during the camping trip, and now my iPhone won't work, and the Apple logo keeps blinking on the screen. I tried plugging it into my computer to "update" it but it said the update didn't work, and I don't want to factory restore it in case I lose the photos. I don't see the photos on iCloud but I really want them. Is there any way to save the photos from my phone? I care more about saving the photos than my phone because I was planning on buying a new phone anyways. It also seems like there is some condensation in the front and back cameras.

Everything that you are telling us indicates that the phone took a bath before it could back up the new photos that you took to iCloud. That would explain why you cannot see any of the new photos on iCloud.

The blinking Apple logo indicates that the phone has been water damaged, and is likely a total loss.

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to let them take a look, and go over your options with you.
