I am facing issue with notifications sound on my iPhone, the ringer volume is good for calls , I tried with custom high volume notification tones but no use same issue

My iphone 13 notification volume is very low. It's very annoying. It's a company phone, I'm missing notifications from my boss, and I can't sit and stare at my phone all day. I'm very frustrated, nothing is working.
Please send in videos to Apple, as stated earlier, showing how adjusting the volume controls don't work etc, yes it’s set low & is not cool, let’s help each other out, we're having this issue around the globe: if enough of us do it, we’ll get a fix, it’s escalating to engineering team now
I think one rabbit hole in this discussion is associating the problem with Ios versions. My wife’s Xs is Very loud, and running 17.4.1.
My old 8, is louder than my 13pro, though not quite as loud as the Xs.
I’m sure it’s all in the build, as my son’s 15pro notification sound is soft too.
I advise friends with hearing impairment to get an android phone as they are disadvantaged with Apple.
Have you happen to find any decent fix on this yet? I’ve sent videos into Apple, reported it many times to them etc, & still no help on getting volume louder for custom text tones, even the factory ones, It’s been months! Please let me know, I’m sure there’s so many of us still out there w/this same struggle, let’s help eachother out
The disconnection of bluetooth devices worked for me. Obviously it's not a solution and is a workaround but the quiet notifications were driving me mad so grateful for anything to help. I disconnected the bluetooth earphones I was connected to and all is fine again with the volume on imessage and other notifications

A soft reset cured my problem! Press top volume button , then bottom volume button then on /off switch. Do not slide 'off' just wait for screen to go black. The phone will restart and the volume is restored. So relieved.
Yeah, same here. Volume is very low and I have all the volumes turned up as far as they will go. I've tried switching ringtones too.
