I am facing issue with notifications sound on my iPhone, the ringer volume is good for calls , I tried with custom high volume notification tones but no use same issue

It sounds like your notifications are coming quieter than you'd expect. We can help.
First let's follow these steps to Adjust the volume on iPhone. Then, to turn up your notification volume go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringer and Alerts and drag the volume slider to the level you want it at.
If you have the Change with Buttons option enabled, you may also want to turn that off to lock the Ringer and Alerts volume. When Change With Buttons is enabled, anytime you adjust the volume for anything, the Ringer and Alerts volume will go to that level.
Turning off Change with Buttons will lock the Ringer and Alerts volume to the same level no matter what you adjust the volume to for other audio.

Still, no fix in iPadOS 18.3. iMessage “note” notification tone continues to be barely audible at 100% ringer volume on a new iPad Pro 11” M4.
Was this an intentional “feature”? Maybe so Apple’s products don’t deserve others in public?
Same problem on an iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 17.1.1 I contact support via iMessage and all they can do is send me an article to remove the mute mode.

My wife’s Xs has fantastic ringer AND, notification volume. Even my daughter’s 8, is louder than my 13pro.
This solution doesnt help. I had done it and still couldn't hear notifications from apps that are not originated from Apple. Could you work with apps developers to volume up their app notifications.
Yeah, same here. Volume is very low and I have all the volumes turned up as far as they will go. I've tried switching ringtones too.
As far as I know, they haven't resolved the issue. It's very frustrating, I'm checking my phone every hour because I can't hear the notifications.
Possibly QOD, bet no one here knows how to put a custom tone on their iPhone though.
Can you help them by explaining how to, step by step.

I have the same problem on iPhone 12 mini iOS 17.3.1 message and other notifications are very low and I'm missing messages because I don't hear it. Ring tone is perfectly loud.

of course I’ve tried that, I’m sure thousands of us have, as well as so many other basic function changes on our phones. There’s got to be some serious help out there for us Apple?
