My work from home setup is a Dell Latitude 7330 connected via thunderbolt to a Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD19TBS 180W.
Would a new Mac Mini work with my WD19TBS if I connected it to the Thunderbolt ‘input’ connection on the dock?

Officially, no. Neither Apple nor Dell will offer support.
Although officially neither manufacturer supports this, will it practically work?
The dock has a thunderbolt ‘input’ and the Mac Mini has thunderbolt ports. I can use a MacBook Pro with this dock, therefore, the question is more around whether the Mac Mini would connect in the same way.
It might, then again, it might not. And if it does, it might stop with a future upgrade. You’ll have to find out on your own. There is no better way.
