Gmail PDF & other documents not saved

I am using a managed iphone.I am unable to save any document from gmail to files. On digging,i found out that gmail has not requested files and folders access. Need help on this

Gmail- Important Folder missing in Mail app After upgrading to Iphone 14Pro and setting up Gmail in mail app, my “Important” folder is missing and unable to retrieve it. It shows in the Gmail app but not the iphone mail app. Any solutions?

If that iPhone is remotely controlled, you should contact the institute (company, school, organization) who's controlling the device.
