[Ipad] white grid icon after install app

I did everything

before create this topic I saw a lot of videos, and forum topics, I followed all the procedures of reinstalling the app, restarting the iPad, I even reset the device, but nothing worked, I installed the same app on the iPhone and the icon appeared perfectly. I have no idea what to do ... :(

app icon turing white when trying to uninstall Cannot delete/reinstall app, get white grid icon Hello. I am trying to delete and reinstall an app instagram to see if that fixes some bugs. However when I tried to delete the app, it’s still shows as a white icon with gridlines, but doesn’t open - nothing happens if I click on that icon I’ve been unsuccessful at deleting that - if I delete it and then reboot my phone it shows back up again. I also tried to delete it by going to iPhone storage but the app does not show up there.. If I go to the App Store to try and reinstall the only option I get is to open the app as if it was already installed but the open button is grayed out and does nothing when I click on it. I’ve tried rebooting my iPhone multiple times as well as other fixes such as signing in and out of App Store. So now I have this icon that is non-functional but I am unable to reinstall the app. I will attach a picture of the icon that I am getting. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
