RANDOM CALLS OUTGOING WITHOUT ME MAKING THEM ON MY iPhone 8X

I took my iPhone to an Apple Shop. Apparently what was thought to be wrong was that my bluetooth hearing aid application (Phonak) loaded on my phone had ‘Streaming’ (bluetooth) enabled and I was told that this could possibly be the problem. This was subsequently turned off and I will now see how things will go. In any case, I think this is a serious floor in the Apple software, relative to advanced bluetooth devices irrespective of their support software that are connected to the iPhone. The problem that the phone software is capable to randomly retrieve numbers in my phone directory and then dial them out without my intervention (the last problem the fire brigade was inadvertently dialled up)- is really bad situation that needs to be urgently looked into and fixed. I hope this serious problem mentioned here is resolved soon by Apple, and I thank SravanKrA for his input.
