iCloud Backups

I have never backed up my iPhone 13 to iCloud, only to my computer. I have iCloud backups turned OFF. Somehow, I get a constant message on the Settings screen that says "iCloud backup in Progress" and is 0% complete but some apps aren't included with about 1 minute remaining. This message remains displayed under settings and has been there for two weeks without changing text.


Is there some way to get rid of this displayed message?
