new MacBook Pro M2 14-inch - top panel presents a small dimple

Hello,

I know the warranty does not cover "cosmetic damage", but what if a defect is caused by its manufacture and not its use?

My new laptop has just came out from the box with one slight dimple at the top panel just next to the black apple logo (see image). Is it possible for Apple to admit that this could happen for x reasons during manufacturing or just before packaging it?
