Windows 11 Laptop will not allow me to sync Itunes to my Ipod classic?

In order to sync your iPod successfully on a Windows PC, we want to recommend that you start with some basic troubleshooting steps that we can share below. These steps will more often than not resolve this type of issue which is why we recommend giving them a shot. You can test the issue out after each step, to see if it has been resolved.

• To start, first reboot your Windows laptop: Restart (reboot) your PC - Microsoft Support
• Make sure that iTunes is fully up to date: Update iTunes on PC - Apple Support
• Check for issues with security software: Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software - Apple Support
