How to avoid seeing of Music content of other family members?

I share my Apple Music subscription with 3 other family members.

We can see random songs/albums/playlists of each other in our own library. Those haven’t been share and I have checked they are not actively shared.

Sometimes we can even see content of another member on the lock screen.

Is there a way to stop it from happening?

Spent an hour with Apple Support.

It is true that everyone uses his/her own Apple ID. But all if us use the same AppStore/iTunes ID (my second Apple ID).

so now they have to switch to their own iTunes ID, log again to Music and in the process they lose the ability to update their apps and have to re- create their AM libraries.

What a mess.
