if I received this email, does this mean that I have lost mode activated? (activation lock removal request)

We are reviewing your request to remove Activation Lock. Greetings. In 31.04 i sent request for Remove activation Lock, before few minutes i got second email with message We are reviewing your request to remove Activation Lock. Is normally happening like that? This was my third attempt with request for remove activation Lock. In first two requests I sent them a message where the Store where I bought my device is saying that they don't have any receipts in their database if device was bought more than 5 years ago (bought in 2019 April) Both of these request were ended in 2 days. Now I got this receipt and sent them. Is normal when I'm getting two emails from Apple Support about information about "We are reviewing your request to remove Activation Lock". I already called to Apple Support and talked at least 6hours about explaining my situation with missing receipt. Thanks.
