I received an email that I can apply to Apple Card, so I tried but they didn’t approve, why?

There’s something wrong with your ID matching known sources. Banks are required by law and Federal Reserve regulations to positively identify their customers. This is what’s called > Know Your Customer (KYC) <.

Your ID (name, address, date of birth) must match your credit report, Apple ID and information you submitted on your credit card application. You ID (State issued DL) must not be expired either.

You applied and were denied. Once denied they email you the reason(s) for denial. What did the email state as the reasons for denial?
