Hi, I have email more than 1 months ago, that I can apply to Apple Card, so I’m trying but they don’t approve, why? Also in credit carma they show me this card and say a have perfect chance

There’s something wrong with your ID matching known sources. Banks are required by law and Federal Reserve regulations to positively identify their customers. This is what’s called > Know Your Customer (KYC) <.


Your ID (name, address, date of birth) must match your credit report, Apple ID and information you submitted on your credit card application. You ID (State issued DL) must not be expired either.


You can get a free copy of your TransUnion credit report here,

Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support


Update your Apple Card account information - Apple Support


If after fixing any errors and your application is declined again, please contact Apple Support using the link below
