Does anyone know why my iphone (13 pro) beeps loudly (as though on speaker) after a phonecall? The beep is usually as loud as the phone conversation, but now my phone beeps loudly as though its on speaker and it can really hurt your ears if you keep the phone while the other person is hanging up. I don't see any setting option for this. Maybe an update is needed to correct this?

I had the same problem. I took my phone to Apple Store and they reinstalled the IOS Software & got it fixed. While restoring the backup try not to install the apps and its data. Try manually install later. Hope this finds helpful. Thanks.

I've experienced this issue as well with my iPhone 13. After updating to iOS 16.5.1(c) it seems to not be an issue anymore. Apple Engineers may have addressed it.
Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times. I also did the new update.
i haven’t had any issues since doing this.
Go to Setting > Sound & Haptics > scroll to the bottom and turn off (Play Haptics in Silent Mode) worked for me
You are right. I even called apple and I gave them access to get into my phone. We went through all the steps to try to find out why it keeps beeping. They could not figure out why it’s doing it when they would hang up either. Still making the beeping noise. They told me that it’s probably a big and will be fixed with either the next update or the one after that.
I also have this issue, but not with every call. It may be only when I call other iPhone users. I did not notice it when I called a landline or Android phone.

This has been happening on my iPhone SE too... I think since the last ios update. Keen to see if someone has a fix to this.
same iPhone 11 updated from iOS 14 to 16, and it does it too.
I searched on google and wound up here for this exact problem (on my iPhone XR). No resolution so far. I'm pretty sure it started after the 16.5 update.

No fix is currently available. A software update will likely fix the issue. We just have to wait until the update is patched.
Yes! Very inconvenient when on a call in public and trying to be quiet. All the sudden three loud beeps start blaring. Please patch this, @apple!
