Forgot password, but I don’t have my recovery key!

My iPhone was lost & some kind person turned it in @ a store. However, by the time I got my iPhone back, I was locked out of everything!

Next step was trying to log back in using my Apple ID, but I forgot my password!

Next I click ‘forgot password’ & screen asks me to confirm phone #. I enter it, & it says to click “Allow” on my trusted device. Except… I never get the notification, or anything @ all, to allow, accept, say yes- NOTHING!

Next I try to get in account recovery status- idek how I got there, but I did. Except… I can’t reset my password, bc my Recovery Key is saved in only 2 places- my iCloud, which I cannot access & my google account, which I cannot get into now either- since my password for that is saved in my apple/icloud keychain!

This happened in February guys. Idk what else to do.

I seriously almost went to prison for 6 yrs bc of the absence of critically important contacts, emails, documents, photos, calendars, notes, etc. that I have saved between my apple, google & microsoft (yep- can’t get into Microsoft acct w/o my google acct) accounts. Why can’t 1 of the 3 verify my ownership of 1 of these accts!

This has also caused me to b @ risk of losing my children, being homeless & being unable to obtain employment & a vehicle. It’s a long story, but I’m not bs-ing- I gotta get in 1 of these accts.

Can somebody please help me? I could not explain how much it will do for my family & I. I’m running out of time, bc of court dates, etc. (prob should add that I’m not a criminal, or some bad parent- in case 1 might decide to judge & not help).
