My iPhone 13 Pro won’t charge on qi wireless charger in 2019 Camry

Why won’t my iPhone 13 Pro charge on a qi wireless charger (Camry 2019)??

it starts to charge my phone for 5 seconds then kicks, stops charging. I returned to dealer and he puts his iPhone 12 on there and charges fine, he can’t get my phone to charge either. Says wireless charger works fine on my phone ,nothing wrong with the charger. I’m still thinking something wrong with wireless charger in my newly bought car

can anyone help with this question ??

I already bought mag case, and nothing makes it charge on there so far??

apple Phone is from att and wasn’t cheap, there is no 3rd party software on phone?
