When I tap my name in settings and scroll down to the iPhone tab, it’s just spinning when I’m not on Wi-Fi. It works fine when on Wi-Fi though. How do I stop the spinning when on cellular?
Turns out I somehow had a data blocker on my AT&T account. They turned it off and poof, fixed. I suspect someone attached to my account😉

If a change to your account looks suspicious, then, by all means, secure your account. Use a new password for starters.

Troubleshooting Undo Disable and Delete:
Force Close This:
Close All Apps:
An app may not be responding. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down on the Bottom-left cornet. As you swipe to the top-left corner, the apps will pop up. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.
I’ve closed all running apps. Still getting the spinning wheel when not on Wi-Fi. AT&T says phone should be fine
