Watch compatibility
What watch is currently compatible with iPhone 7. Just returned watch se 2nd gen which works only on iPhone 8 and above.

it's not a watch compatibility it's a watchOS compatibility, apple watches that run watchsOS9 requires an iphone that runs ios16 something which iphone7 don't support, you can't a new apple watch which does not come with watchOS9, so secondhand or refurbished device are the only options
