Procreate App is not downloading

Hello

I recently bought an ipad pro and used my icloud back up to transfer data. I love using the Procreate app for my drawing, but now there's one issue. for some reason it app won't download no matter how long leave it. I've left it for 3 days to download but no progress at all. please help me solve this issue :(

I already talked to someone on the chat saying to delete the app and redownload it. I took those steps and it deleted all my information stored there. I tried to reset my ipad again and now the app is taking forever to download again. It's been almost a week :(

Hi! Have you had a look at this article?: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. (Steps 1 and 4 are not applicable to your situation, so you can skip over them).

If they don't help, there's not much we can do. This is because you've already reached out to Apple Support, I presume.

For future reference, should it ever be necessary to remove and reinstall an App to resolve a problem, do not delete the App from the device - as this will also delete all associated data. Instead, offload the App.

Offloading an App removes the App, but preserves any locally stored data and documents that are associated with the App.
