Have they corrected the issues with iPhone battery draining fast on the latest update 16.5? Scared to update!

There were no battery issues in any recent update.

There`s a battery issues with 16.5 and icloud backup and whatsapp chats backups :(
I just checked my backups and they seem up to date. battery graphs normal. More sunshine this week so the battery runs down faster outside.
