purchased movie ends early

I purchased the movie Laura from iTunes movies. It’s listed as 1 hr 28 minutes but it stops at 1 hr 27 min 15 seconds. It’s not that the movie just stops playing — the end of the movie isn’t there. It’s only 1:27:15, which cuts it off just before the climactic ending. If this can’t be fixed, I’ll take a credit for the cost of the movie, but how do I do that?

Hello pinkshamrock,

If an item from the iTunes Store has problems, you can request a refund for it through Apple's Report a Problem site.

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

Cheers!
