When I go to download my documents it say’s ICloud not syncing because of pending items. How do I get my documents to download? Also I even tried downloading them on my phone and still nothing works.

I spoke too soon actually it did end up working, I just needed more storage. Thanks for the help, I can finally play the sims again and am very happy!

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
With iCloud not syncing, make sure that you have available storage to allow the sync to complete. Also, check that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID in System Settings.
1. On your Mac, do one of the following:
* macOS Ventura: Choose Apple menu> System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click iCloud on the right.
* macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu
4. The storage bar shows your overall storage usage.
5. Click Manage for more details.
6. A list of apps and features is shown, as well as how much iCloud storage they use. The apps and features that use the most storage are at the top of the list. You can click an app or feature for more information.

Thank you, but I did all that and I even bought a new storage plan that will give me more storage and still the same message is popping up. I also restarted my computer and everything. I honestly have no clue what else there is to do.
