Cellular Error happens constantly

Almost every day, sometimes multiple times per day, I am losing cell service and receiving this message: “Your phone is currently unable to access cellular data or make and receive calls or messages.”

I am often, but not always, able to Reset Network Settings and get cell service back, but the problem always returns in a day or so if not sooner. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours to get service back.

I have tried replacing my SIM card. I have done a full Restore of my iPhone. Neither did anything to solve the issue.

I have contacted both T-Mobile and Apple support chat multiple times on the issue and have not received a solution that worked long-term. I allowed Apple support to run a diagnostic and that did not seem to help either.

I am running iOS 16.4.1 on an iPhone 13 Pro and my carrier is T-Mobile.

Thank you for the screenshot.

Troubleshooting Calls:

A. Start Here: If you can't Make or Receive Calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

B. "No Service":

Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

C. Install a Cellular Update:

It might be prompting you for a cellular update to install. So, go here for that. Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

D. Update the iOS Using a Computer:

iOS is up to date and so are Carrier settings. I visited the carrier today and they were unable to fix the issue.

There is not a "No Service" message. Near the battery on the upper right, there is sometimes a triangle with an exclamation point in it, or it constantly shows that it is searching for a signal without ever finding one.

Thanks for the reply, but none of these are fixing the issue.
