Apple Pay declining for some betting sites

Hi,

I have always used Apple Pay to top up betting apps due to its ease.

in the last few weeks multiple apps will no longer top up via Apple Pay ( the option is there) but it declines my transaction / deposit.

I have contacted my bank- they said no issue their end they thought betting app hadn’t satisfied the verification process for new regulations.

the betting sites confirmed that they have and the issue isn’t their end and suggested it’s Apple Pay issue.

any ideas ?
