Please describe the symptoms your Mac is experiencing. It's more likely that you have inadvertently installed some type of malware or adware rather than having been hacked.


There are no "deep cleaning" apps for the Mac that are worth installing. More often than not apps of this type cause more problems than they claim to fix.


I advise that you download and run the Malwarebytes utility application.  The app was designed solely to seek out adware and known malware and remove it. It’s a popular tool among veteran users here in the Community. Run the app and see if it can identify any malware you may have accidentally installed. The free version is probably all you need at this point to identify and quarantine potential problems.

You have encountered some sort of malware.


Apple has no provision to report that your Mac has been "hacked" nor that you should contact them for assistance. It's some sort of scam.


Please follow the good guidance given above by stedman1 and Phil0124.
