I have cancelled the subscription but I still need to pay

I have been having this problem since last year and thought that it’s not a big of deal . Unfortunately i have an issue where i was not able to download or update any applications on my phone since i am stuck with this subscription which I didn’t mean to subscribe and it says that i have cancelled the subscription but i still need to pay everytime i try to download or update any apps . Other than that , i have tried deleting the apps but i still stuck with the problem .

That message is telling you you have already canceled, and when the subscription will expire. It is also offering to let you renew if you wish to, but you can ignore that if you don't want to continue.


If there is some other message I don't see that is saying you owe money, enter a payment method and pay for the item, then ask for a refund.


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
