Setup for new MacBook Pro taking too long

I am trying to set up my MacBook Pro, but it is throwing errors with the Apple ID server and verification.

Once I successfully passed the Apple ID and Password but got stuck when I entered the activation code (6 numbers).

On my last try it throws a message "There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server".

Best,

Nedim

If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud, read this support article --> If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

See if it's a system server issue (if it is then try again later):

Apple - Support - System Status

Try using a different wi-fi service, or an Ethernet connection.

If those don't resolve the problem, I suggest you contact Apple:

Contact Apple. Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:
