Macbook Pro activation server cannot be reached

Recently i have exchanged my macbook pro 15 2019 to Macbook pro 16 2019 from a shop. i updated the os to Sonoma. No apple id was present in the device even i didn't enter my apple id. mistakenly i reset the macbook. after restart , In activation screen it shows Activation lock server cannot be reached.

Used different network, Ethernet converter, DFU mode Bridgeos restore. nothing happend.

Cannot boot from USB.

Found that macbook motherboard serial number (******)Found through DFU And serial number in back case (*******) are not same.

It seems like someone swapped Logic Boards on this laptop. Apple uses part pairing so it is no longer possible to swap a Logic Board between two different systems on 2018+ Macs. Return this laptop for a full refund because this person selling you this laptop is scamming you.
