Beats Pro x Kim Kardashian wireless

I immediately get a burning/tingling sensation in my ear when I try to wear them. Has this happened to anyone ? I’m really not sure what it is but I’m going to return them because it’s impossible to wear them

I'm sorry to hear about the discomfort you're experiencing with your Beats Pro x Kim Kardashian wireless headphones. It's certainly not typical for this to happen. From what you've described, it seems like you're experiencing some kind of skin reaction to the headphones.

In some cases, the sensation you're experiencing could be a reaction to the material of the ear cups or perhaps the chemical used in manufacturing or cleaning. If you have similar reactions to certain types of jewelry or materials, it could be a sensitivity or allergy to something similar used in your headphones.

Here's what I suggest. First, try using the headphones for a short period while wearing ear protectors or cloth covers over your ears to see if the issue persists. If it does, it's quite possible that it's the audio levels or sound quality causing discomfort, not the headphones themselves. If you're still experiencing discomfort despite these changes, returning the headphones would be the best course of action.

Remember, it's important to prioritize your health and comfort, and Apple’s return policy should be accommodating in situations like this. Reach out to the store where you purchased the headphones or contact Apple support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link that is located on the bottom left-hand side of this forum's web page.
