I have a Time Machine backup on a Time Capsule that I need to transfer via migration assistant to a Mac Studio.
What connectivity should I use between the two devices that will provide the fastest transfer speed?

Yes the time capsule has an Ethernet ports and the Mac Studio has one Ethernet port
Not sure if the fastest connection would be Ethernet to Ethernet vs Ethernet from the Time Capsule to thunderbolt 4 on the Mac Studio using an ethernet to thunderbolt adapter?
Does it have Ethernet?
the built-in port on a Mac Studio is faster than an adapter, and more direct.
