When is iPhone going to get T9 dailing , Clipboards copy paste option , split screen/dual screen , Call history is limited to only last 100( Including normal or WhatsApp call or other apps) , pause option for video recording, cursor placement while typing ? WHEN IS APPLE GOING TO ACTUALLY FIX THIS SILLY SMALL ISSUE?

I'd guess never. It was a useful feature on basic phones but, now that you can call using Siri, or by typing in the name in Spotlight, it's much less useful.

Copy and paste works fine on my iPhone.
cursor placement while typing
Cursor placing while typing is very easy. Press and hold on the space bar and the keyboard area becomes a trackpad. You can easily more the insertion point to wherever you need it.

No one here in this user-to-user forum would know what Apple is going to do in the future no matter how much you shout. Also, Apple doesn't read here for feedback or suggestions. You can let them know your thoughts here:
Do you know how to do it? Do you know that you press and hold on the space bar and you immediately have a trackpad-like feature that allows you to use your finger to drag the cursor anywhere you want?
Cursor placing while typing is very easy.
