Why is "Uninstalled Apps" appearing in my Mobile Data System services?

Welcome to the Apple Support communities ,
That list showing you the data-usage statistics for an app from a current period, or view app data statistics for apps that use data when you were roaming, Maybe you was using that (uninstalled app ) Through the cellular data for a while and you uninstalled it, and then appeared to you in that list .
To reset these statistics, go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data, and tap Reset Statistics.
