This happened to me and I tried all the tricks in this thread, including accessing permissions through multiple areas in my phone settings, deleting and redownloading the app. Nothing worked. However! If you LOG OUT of your instagram account (if you have more than one, log out of all of them), delete the app, restart your phone, redownload the Instagram app and login it should work…. It did for me anyway. Good luck!

I don’t have access to all photo on instagram 😩 is this about new version????
Been like this for almost a year it seems. No help from Apple or Meta. Just the dumbest bug for tech companies to not address.

Any other suggestions if this doesn’t work? Also tried restarting the phone, deleting and re downloading the app.
